Why celebrate the beginning of a new year once when you can do it twice? The service users living here at The Oaks had exactly that in mind when, with help from the Oaks staff, they organised a celebratory party in honour of Carnivale.With groovy music and terrific food and drink there was something for everyone and we all had a good time.
